Data we collect
We collect account details such as name, email, authentication identifiers, workspace information, saved games, generated reports, usage events, subscription status, support messages, and basic technical logs.
Why we use it
We use data to provide accounts, generate and save reports, enforce usage limits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve product quality, provide support, and meet legal or tax obligations.
Processors
We use trusted service providers including Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for account email delivery, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and privacy-oriented usage/performance analytics, and SerpAPI plus public Steam services for report enrichment.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and then as needed for legal, tax, security, and dispute purposes. You can request deletion or export by emailing support.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You can also complain to the UK ICO if you believe your data rights have not been handled properly.
