Refunds and cancellations

Cancelling Pro
You can cancel your Pro subscription from the account billing page or by contacting danny@solusstudios.uk. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Trials
If a free trial is offered, Stripe will start billing when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Trial length and renewal price are shown at checkout.
Refund requests
Email support with the account email, payment date, and reason. Refunds are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be refused where substantial usage has already occurred, fraud or abuse is suspected, or the request falls outside applicable consumer rights.
Digital service notice
WillitWishlist provides digital analysis and account features immediately after signup or subscription. Consumer cancellation rights can be affected once digital services are supplied with your agreement.
